Assistant Maintenance Manager

Position available: “Assistant Maintenance Manager”.

Minimum requirements:
• Five (5) years’ experience at Supervisory level, (Hotel Industry) an asset.
• Sound background for: Electrical, A/C, and Refrigeration skills. (certificates produced)
• Cost control and budget abilities (an asset)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Able and willing to work long hours, week-ends and public holidays.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
