ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to contribute to the strategic planning process and to provide guidance and leadership to the hotel’s operation through visible management presence and the effective management of assigned operational areas and other specified areas as directed by the Resort Manager.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Degree and/or diploma in Business, Sports and Leisure or Hospitality Management
• Hotel & Catering International management Association (HCIMA) qualification
• Equivalent company educational program
Second language would be an asset – minimum level: conversational
Core Responsibilities includes but not restricted to:
Formulate and co-ordinate all policies and procedures relating to Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Telephones, Leisure and Security. To assess, evaluate and ensure that the needs of the hotel are established, thereby ensuring its success.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate together with long term career prospects. Candidates holding CARICOM passports/nationality will be given priority. All non-nationals will require a work permit to work in Antigua.
