with at least 3-4 years experience as an Executive Chef at a luxury establishment, candidate must have excellent knowledge of menu planning, food production, costing and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the training and managing of all kitchen staff. Knowledge of Asian food is an asset.
