Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are recruiting an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate should have flair, enthusiasm and be proactive with a passion to deliver world-class service. This individual should have outstanding attention to detail, exceptional planning, organisational and leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. He/she should have the ability to lead and motivate their team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - A strong leader, with at least (4) four years experience in a five star Hotel as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. The successful individual will be required to function at both strategic and operational levels. The portfolio will include but not be limited to ensuring that the Food and Beverage outlets are managed to optimise staff and guest satisfaction and profitability.
