Human Resource Manager National Parks Authority
The National Park Authority is a statutory body established under the laws of
Antigua & Barbuda and is charged with the upkeep, restoration, beautification and preservation of designed areas in Antigua & Barbuda. The Authority is offering an opportunity for a suitable candidate to be a part of a dynamic team an make a contribution with regards to the safeguard and preservation of our heritage.
Key duties and responsibilitites:
- Manage all personnel information and activities
- Determine the human resources requirememnt of the Authority
- Design training and development program
- All other human resource activities in congruent with Authorities mission
Minimum Requirements:
- At least five years experience in a similar role or
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resouce Manaagement or Business Administration
- Good communication in Interpersonal skill
- Competer literacy
