Seinor Chefs Cooks Hermitage Bay
Hermitage Bay is recruiting staff in the Kitchen department. We are seeking experienced professionals who are willing to work hard, be flexible, are happy to ensure that guests have a memorable vacation and who are keen to work as part of a team in pursuit of excellence. You must have a valid Food Handler's Permit and be HACCP trained.
Senior Chefs Cooks
Suitable candidates must have a minimim of 5 years experience including work in a 5 star hotel or restaurant previously. Formal culinary training would also be an asset.
These positions are required to work shifts, weekends an public holidays. As a supporter of our local community preference will be given to applications from the Jennings and Bolans areas. Preference will also be given to Antiguan Nationals and those with permissions to work in Antigua. Only those suitably qualified will be acknowleged.
